Bell Canada deploys IP broadband wireless access in Alberta

Calgary – June 2, 2005 - Bell Canada today announced that it is deploying DragonWave’s AirPair Flex product for use over its fixed wireless broadband network in Alberta. DragonWave's solution allows Bell Canada the flexibility to build its network on a customer demand basis with the most cost-effective and scaleable wireless solution on the market.

DragonWave technology enables growth of bandwidth requirements from 10 to 100 Mbps allowing the initial backbone to be quickly implemented using wireless infrastructure.
